Q: Are we allowed to shop in-store due to COVID-19?

A: Yes! We are still OPEN during our normal business hours and delighted to serve you the best way possible during these unprecedented times. Masks are not required and our staff do not wear them! However, do what makes you feel comfortable!

Feel free to shop with us online where you can choose curbside pick-up, local delivery or shipping. 

Q: What are your store hours?

We are open and ready to serve our customers during the following times:

Monday-Friday: 10am-5:30pm
Saturday: 10am-1pm
Sunday + Wednesday: CLOSED

Our online store is open 24/7!

Q: If I live in Middle Georgia, can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?

A: Yes, absolutely! Just select Store Pickup during checkout and pick up during our regular store hours. Please feel free to come inside to pick up or call the store at 229-868-2112 and we will bring your order to your car. The address of our store is 20 Telfair Ave., McRae, GA 31055. 

 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item I ordered in-store or online?

 

Thank you for shopping at Holly Diana Floral.

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for items purchased from us within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be received within the 14 day grace period to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please inspect all items upon arrival and email us if there is an issue with the order within two days of receiving.

Store credit expires 30 days from the date issued.

In the event the item shows wear, damage, or altered in any way, said item will not be accepted for exchange.

Shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses and intimates may not be exchanged and are FINAL SALE. Holiday and Seasonal items are a final sale.

Merchandise offered at a special discounted sales price and special order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for store credit.

Items purchased with a store credit are a final sale.

Items that are not in stock at the time of order are considered Special Orders and may not be returned or canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.

Please note that items selected for pick up in store will be held for the customer for 3 months. We do our best to reach out if an item isn't picked up in a timely manner, but are not always successful in making contact.

Q: What happens if my order arrives broken?

We're so sorry that happened! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to hollydianafloral@yahoo.com and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. We will re-send that item immediately! If the item is no longer in stock we will do our best to make sure you are taken care.

Broken items do not need to be mailed back to us. 

Q: Do you provide gift bagging?

Gift wrapping is our love language! Never hesitate to ask us! Gift wrapping is free at our brick and mortar location! 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is available worldwide! Orders placed Monday-Saturday will ship within 48 hours, however, we do not ship on Sundays & Wednesdays. Shipping rates are determined based on weight of the item(s) & speed at which you would like your package to arrive. 

 

Q: What do I do if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, please head to the product's page and enter your email in the box that says "Please notify me when this item becomes available!". Once you do that, you will automatically get notified when the item is back in stock. At that moment, you can opt to be added to our mailing list if you wish.

 

Q: How can I get my photo featured on the Holly Diana Floral Instagram page?

We love seeing how you use your Holly Diana products at home! It makes our day! Tag your photos with #hollydianafloral for a chance to be featured. 

Q: Can we reach out to you for gift recommendations?

Our store associates are always happy to assist with gift recommendations! It's one of the best parts of our day helping put together a gift for a loved one! Please call the store for additional help at 229-868-2112.
